Ayman Kafel: Finding Purpose After Military Service

In the inaugural episode of the Battlefields podcast, our host, Lieutenant Colonel (Retired) Charles Faint interviews Ayman Kafel. Ayman embodies the "front lines and the home front" theme of Battlefields: born in Liberia, Ayman and his family fled the civil war there and then lived in Lebanon before immigrating to the US . Ayman later went on to serve in the US Army in Iraq before being medically discharged. After leaving military service, Ayman made the move into law enforcement and then into entrepreneurship. As a military veteran entrepreneur, or "vetrepreneur," Ayman runs Project Sapient and Hybrid Wolf Blue Line Strategies. He is the author of the pending book The Resolute Path, due to publish in 2023 through the Second Mission Foundation.

Liberia. Lebanon. Iraq. The streets of Massachusetts. And now, the business world. These... are Ayman Kafel's "Battlefields."
